As a Vice President of ServiceNow, she led the internal lead-to-cash transformation that fueled the company's growth from $2B to $10B ARR in just five years. In addition to executive Sales and GTM roles with ServiceNow, Mica has been a Sales and Finance executive with Juniper Networks as well as Oracle.
From her lived experience through multiple tech booms and busts, Mica brings an operator's advantage to venture both as a limited partner in multiple VC funds and as Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Untapped Investing. Mica also serves as a Board Director with the Silicon Valley Social Venture Fund and the American Leadership Forum of Silicon Valley.
