Recognized for shaping the intersection of culture, sports, and media, Keith brings decades of experience across journalism, advertising, marketing, and senior executive leadership, working with some of the most powerful global media and technology companies. His career centers on building scalable brands that understand audiences, moving culture, and delivering durable business value.
Keith Clinkscales has also been an entrepreneur who is well-known for his thought leadership and innovative strategies in the business development aspect of media, telecommunications and the increasing impact Artificial Intelligence has on the content universe. He was the founding CEO of VIBE Magazine and REVOLT, where he oversaw one of the largest independent network launches in cable history.
At ESPN, he launched ESPN Films and co-created the acclaimed 30 for 30 series, helping redefine storytelling in sports. Clinkscales has produced more than 60 documentaries and non-fiction specials, including the four-part series The Message for BET. Keith also created The Shadow League, a leading platform for dialogue on sports, opinion, and culture.
As a long term investor, Keith leads KTC Ventures, a holding company for a portfolio of media, culture, and technology initiatives. He also serves as a Venture Partner for Good Trouble Ventures and as an Operating Partner at Fort Greene Media, extending his role in investment, governance, and growth strategy.
Keith has an undergraduate degree from Florida A&M, an MBA from Harvard University, and is based in the New York City area.
